Clear terms for Direction Sessions, mentorship programs, rescheduling, and refunds.
Direction Sessions
Direction Sessions are prepaid, time-reserved appointments and are non-refundable once booked.
You may reschedule free of charge with at least 24 hours’ notice using the link in your Calendly confirmation email.
Sessions missed without notice are considered completed.
If you continue into a mentorship program, your USD 90 is deducted from the program price.
Mentorship Programs
Program scope, price, and schedule are fixed in your written proposal before any payment.
If you cancel before the first session takes place, you receive a full refund minus payment processing fees.
Once the program has begun, completed sessions are non-refundable. Refunds for unused sessions may be considered case by case and are calculated as the program price minus completed sessions at the single-session rate.
Inactivity or non-response for more than 60 days may close the program without refund.
Rescheduling Program Sessions
Individual sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Exceptional Circumstances
Emergencies are handled with fairness and discretion. Please write to me so the situation can be reviewed individually.
No Guaranteed Outcomes
Mentorship provides structure, feedback, and guidance, but does not guarantee income, clients, exhibitions, or publications.
Refunds are not issued based on expected outcomes.
